doing so as our adult self allows us to emerge out from those cold caverns into the warmth of healing and wholehearted living. When we share our stories, we come together and know we are worthy of being seen, heard and known.

She engages the audience through a dynamic combination of metaphor, allegory, personal stories, experiential expressive arts, and interactive conversations.
